Grasshopper Family,

Valentine's week!

I do hope you all had a wonderful Valentine's week and are kicking off your President's Day Weekend in the best way possible.

At the farm, the clones are looking amazing! We are continuing to cut clones and monitor root growth. Healthy and happy!

I'd like to focus on sales and marketing for a moment. Do you follow us on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, or Twitter? You should! Our marketing partners at C-360 do an AMAZING job at interacting with our retailers, consumers, and enthusiasts. AND, we are doing more interviews as well! Check us out on social to see all of these updates!

We also take retail partnerships VERY seriously. Adam crushes it with vendor days. He is more active than any other supplier than I am aware of. AND, they are all announced on social media. Check out some of the latest pictures of his most recent vendor day!

Sales and marketing are two of the most underappreciated aspects of business. Especially in cannabis. There are two reasons why sales and marketing are overlooked in cannabis - One, this was all illegal for so long! Two, the first two to four years don't really require it in a state market. If you grow it they will come. If you sell it they will come. But, after that, you will need a VERY strong sales and marketing plan to solidify yourself in the market. And playing catch up is not good.

I am proud to say we have done it and done it well!

New Jersey - The latest pictures should look familiar. Like Michigan! They show the space we will use for our mother plants and clones. It looks amazing! We are working diligently with all of the locals during our buildout and it seems to be helping everyone to understand what we are doing and how we do it.

Education is everything.

The last picture was sent in by Oliva to show a wonderful Michigan morning.

I will never tire of the outdoor pictures of Michigan. And, New Jersey will be the same.

This is a special month, Black History Month. Black History Month is an annual observance originating in the United States, where it is also known as African-American History Month. It has received official recognition from governments in the United States and Canada, and more recently has been observed in Ireland and the United Kingdom.

This is also President's Day weekend. Presidents' Day, also called Washington's Birthday at the federal governmental level, is a holiday in the United States celebrated on the third Monday of February to honor all those who served as presidents of the United States and, since 1879, has been the federal holiday honoring Founding Father George Washington, who led the Continental Army to victory in the American Revolutionary War, presided at the Constitutional Convention of 1787, and was the first U.S. president.

Let's celebrate this month and weekend!

Have an amazing weekend.
