Grasshopper Family,

We did our FIRST Facebook virtual tour of the farm! AND...it might just be the first virtual tour of a licensed facility in Michigan...and maybe beyond! Once upon a time, we opened our doors by offering people the ability to schedule tours on our website. We then asked people to come visit as we met them at events and vendor days. We advertised (what we believe to be) the first open house of a licensed facility. And now, we brought it to social media. It was a great event with awesome attendance and participation!

We are so stoked.

This really is a family. If you have not seen it, you can watch the recording on Facebook. Part one of the 1pm tour can be found here, part two of the 1pm tour can be found here, and the 7pm tour can be found here. All have unique Easter Eggs that you will most definitely enjoy!

Our team is continuing weekly plant science classes and they are making a huge difference. We are elevating our game with soil analysis, sap analysis, plant structure analysis, water analysis, and more!

We had an order that was supposed to be here in May. Supposed to be here in May. Yes, I just said that twice. Two containers. Well, one container is HERE! The team got to work unloading it with fingers crossed that the items we really needed were in this first container, and not the other that is still in transit. And...it worked! We got some much needed supplies!

The indoor plants are looking amazing! Room 2 is going to start the harvest process in just a few weeks! Rooms 3 and 1 will follow one and two weeks after. It is that time again!

Meanwhile, our pre-roll program is full steam ahead. You can also see Max packing 1/8 ounce bags, which is a pilot program we are evaluating.

Outside, the team continues to take care of our amazing plants, reinforce support, and take care of the property. All are important! You will see some defoliation work and the fourth (and final) layer of trellis supports being installed.

Sales are on! We had the next 300 lbs get cleared on Monday morning and we had it all sold in two hours. Yup, that happened. We are almost out!

We had some amazing visitors this week!

The first is one of the owners of a New Jersey farm property we are evaluating for our next opportunity. He was blown away with our operation, constantly saying he was so impressed and that it looked like we had a farm that has been in operation for at least five years. At least. We will take that incredible compliment!

The second was the ownership team from St. Julian winery. We enjoyed chatting about the similarities between their vineyard and our farm. And, they loved our vision of creating a vineyard experience at our farm. We are exploring potential ways to collaborate. I am not sure what we will do yet...but I do know we both have awesome teams and we also discovered undeniable synergies. So, we will figure it out when the numbers tell us to.

Another visitor is the general manager of the Portugal operation of one of the largest cannabis companies in the world! He is incredibly sharp with a ton of experience. Once again, he was blown away with our team, how we are organized, and how we are executing. He said that we are getting about 32 times the yield they are able to get in Portugal. WOW!

All of our distinguished guests also shared some feedback we have heard before - the pictures and videos DO NOT represent the energy and scale that you are hit with in person. All talked about how incredible the team is as well.

Please come and visit this month or next month!

Our team. The true and only proprietary part of Grasshopper Farms. That is the magic. Our family.

Clint's, Aaron's, and Paul's daughters retuned this week. All pulled me aside at some point and expressed how nice it is to be able to have their daughters visit the farm. We enjoy it too!

Bret's wife, Hilary, completed her second painting for us! This one did not disappoint! She created an amazing story that included each of our strains in a really magical way. Take a look and see what you can see!

The weather and sights were nothing short of amazing this week. Take a look at these pictures! One is what we are calling a cloud rainbow. I have never seen anything like it before! We also enjoyed the last Harvest Moon of the year last night and this morning. Did you see it?

We wrap this one up with Plant 1 and new drone shots Matt took this week!

All three are nothing short of blessed and incredible.

This was a busy and productive week. We are so grateful for this opportunity.

And we are so grateful for you.
