Progress Report: 7.15.22
Grasshopper Family,
We start this week with a concert that took place last Saturday - CannaBash! There were a ton of vendors and musical artists and the headliner was Bone Thugs-n-Harmony! I know some people who initially thought they had not heard of them or any of their songs. BUT, The Crossroads is one of their most popular hits that pretty much everyone has heard at some point. The team held down the event with some of our Green Ticket winners and it was an absolute blast!
We are very careful in how we select events. We get invited to all of them. It's really important that we put in the effort to ensure we increase the exposure of our name, our products, our team, and our story.
The outdoor plants are continuing to thrive outside. We had some extra help this week from Clint's daughter, Kenleigh. It warms my heart to host our young Grasshoppers! The outdoor pictures this week are insane.
Speaking of young Grasshoppers...Paul and Stephanie's daughters are going to be representing their hard 4-H work next month at the Van Buren County Youth Fair, August 18-23. We will send out more updates when it gets closer...but something to put on the calendar if you are available!
As we shift to talking about indoor, we see Shawn and Lukas making good use of science to ensure we take great care of the indoor plants. AND...they are now in their flower phase!

WE GOT A CULTIVATION LICENSE IN NEW JERSEY!

WE GOT A MANUFACTURING LICENSE IN NEW JERSEY!
This is a huge development for Grasshopper Farms. The licenses in New Jersey are extremely limited. There is even a chance we might be the ONLY outdoor farm in New Jersey.
The team in Michigan is doing an amazing job. We aim to develop a local New Jersey team and have the Michigan team mentor them as they develop the plan and move forward. Two local teams supporting each other. This is shaping up to be different than we have seen with other companies that have a more traditional approach to their Multi State Operator/Organization.
We are extremely proud of this milestone and accomplishment and there will be a lot more to come!
