Grasshopper Family,

Fun fact. When I compose these emails, I will often type "Farmily" when I am attempting to type "Family." While I always correct it, I also always contemplate using that as a real word. So, if that intro ever changes, now you will know why.

All of the plants are OUTSIDE! Yup. All of them. AND, all of the original pots now have their 2023 plants. The team is just dialing in the additional pots and will get them transplanted by the end of next week. Until then, they are waiting patiently outside in the hoop house. I am going to be at the farm next week and I will get to plant one.

Another fun fact. This will be the first time I get to transplant one of our plants outside. Yup. You read that correctly. It might seem crazy that I have not been able to participate, but running a business does not always allow me to take part in each operational milestone. My job is to support and empower the team until I am irrelevant. Don't get me wrong, I am VERY excited to plant one this year! But, I am even more excited and proud of our team.

Another shot of our ice machine in use...to help with the warm days!

We also now have our indoor plants and our next generation of mother plants in Building 1. The indoor plants will be the first to hit the market later this year. Exciting!

Pre roll operations are progressing nicely. We believe we just finalized a path that will allow us to start doing the multi strain tins in approximately 30 days! While single strain tin sales have been progressing, Adam thinks this is going to really take off. A little more work to do and we should be there!

Adam shared some pictures at a vendor day with Exclusive. Sales is hard. Account management is hard. Adam makes it look easy. But, make no mistake about it. It's hard work.

Jason captured some awesome pictures of the sun and the sky with brilliant colors from the Canadian wildfire smoke influence. It seems like there is a cannabis farm joke somewhere in there.

We have a few more things we are working on that I am hoping to share next week.

Until then..many of you are wrapping up the school year. Summer is upon us. Mark the moments. Memorialize them.

I am including two non-farm pictures today. Trees. I visit these trees every day during my morning run. They represent a daily reminder that supporting each other (in all types of relationships) stands up to all scenarios through the test of time. This is especially important to remember when things are not going right, feel sad or angry, or when you or someone just feel off.

Reach out and appreciate your supporters. Be supportive of others.

Have an incredible weekend.
