Happy 2025!!
This week has been an incredible week of reflection and defining the next steps as we move forward. I worked with the General Managers to review 2024 and map out 2025.
AND WE ARE READY.
Colorado is cranking as the momentum continues to build. At this point, they are a force that can not be stopped. The flower is being reordered. The pre rolls passed testing. And the team has an amazing mindset.
Michigan is striving forward at an amazing pace as well. December was a great month for the available product, recorders, and pre roll production.
We are now really focusing on how we continue to grow our brand in the United States market as we maintain our quality and consistency with our retail partners and loyal consumers. This will be VERY important as the market continues to evolve and we edge closer to changes at the federal level.
Did anyone notice that 4/20 falls on Easter this year? Someone sent me a funny little picture to embody the crossover.
Pam decided to ring in the new year with Duane and family with a hospital procedure. It was scheduled and she is doing GREAT.
And our last picture is one of the majestic views from our Colorado farm. So beautiful!

A friend sent this to me and I LOVE it. Such great reminders. So simple. So powerful. A great coach said that common sense is not always common practice. So, these reminders are a perfect way to start the year!

As we wrap up the first week of 2025, I find myself grateful and excited. We have steadied the ships in each market and are building up the momentum!
