Progress Report: 1.10.25
Happy Friday, Grasshopper Family!
The cold snap is a common visitor at all three farms!
Our weekly update starts in Colorado where we have a picture of two books published in the Colorado market with the top products of each category. Buyers guides that people pay attention to...in the entire nation. The big news is that we are being evaluated to be in the next one!
As we move to New Jersey, Duane and Pam shared a shot of our snow covered farm. Beautiful.
A snow covered Michigan did a ribbon cutting ceremony as they brought cultivation back into the west portion of Building 1. There are three rooms, which is a little more than half the building, that we use for harvest operations. During that time, we set up temporary separation to ensure our genetics maintain a clean sterile environment, which is critical during the whirlwind of harvest. Shawn thought to memorialize opening the west rooms with a ribbon cutting. Nice!!
Michigan just hit another milestone as well. Two years ago we partnered with a local genetics lab to preserve and clean our genetics. This process not only ensures we have our genetics offsite, but also goes through and cleans them at the cellular level of disease and deformities that can not be detected, but are potentially holding the strain back from their total potential. Well, we have our first clean genetics back on site! Here they are in a quarantined area, before they join our existing mother plants. This is truly exciting for our 2025 season!
Both Colorado and Michigan teams are continuing to crush pre roll production, flower quality control, and sales.
And New Jersey is getting the remaining buildout completed to ensure we are plant touching in the first quarter of this year!
FULL STEAM AHEAD!

We were featured in a New Jersey article this past week. This reporter toured our New Jersey farm and was in attendance when we received our last unanimous vote for approval. Thanks for the awesome support!
Our Friday message focused on some of the "logical" assumptions we might make as we navigate our normal days...
Let us leave negative assumptions and judgement behind.
Let us assume positive intent.
Let us support each other to success.

I thought this video did an absolute beautiful job in challenging us to think differently in our initial assessments.
Simply put, there is almost always a story behind any person or scenario that we are not aware of.
So, the practice of assuming positive intent continues to serve us well.
In a world with wars, disease, catastrophic fires, and so much more...never lose sight of the fact that there is always more good happening individually and collectively in this universe than not.
Our hearts go out to all of those being impacted by the challenging, negative, and catastrophic events.
If you are reading this and not in an impacted area or situation...perhaps a moment of gratitude is in order.
I hope this finds you in sound health and mindset as you wrap up your Friday and enter this weekend.
