Grasshopper Family,

The last update of January!

Wow.

Well, both farms are deep into three things: sales, pre roll manufacturing, and our next generation of mother plants. And both teams are doing a phenomenal job of all three!

New Jersey has some wonderful construction pictures! AND, they received their county approval for the bathroom septic! If you followed the township meetings, you know that is a huge deal. 

New Jersey is working towards being ready and approved for plants in March and has every indication that will happen. We even have our state inspector coming out in a couple weeks to walk the site and give us feedback.

On track!

I had the opportunity to participate in an industry conference Wednesday night in Newark, NJ. That panel I was on had state officials, associations, lawyers, and ancillary businesses. It was great. I will share pictures when we have them.

Donnie took his family and friends to an ice castle in Colorado. It looks beautiful! I gotta add that to the list!

Our Friday message was a great reminder from the great Mel Robbins.

I really enjoyed this because she reminds us that what we say matters. Especially to ourselves. So, if you have a tough time remembering names, don't say you are horrible with names. Instead, try saying that you are having a tough time with names, but will get better.

And that goes for everything in how we talk to ourselves.

It really does make a difference.
