Lions, Tigers, and Bears...oh my!

Colorado, New Jersey, and Michigan...oh my!

We are full steam ahead in all three states!

Colorado is going through the process of deep cleaning, organization, and adding more space! This team is so nimble that they had to wait for a little lull to be able to truly lean in on these very important steps.

They also had a break in the weather and got a nice round of hareshoes in!

New Jersey is shaping up...quickly! The existing barn is getting some demo work wrapped up before we start framing the harvest and post harvest rooms. The site work for the agriculture buildings is almost done as well. Check out the septic picture! Yeah...that was a big deal. And the mother/clone room is just about ready!

The Michigan team took some amazing pictures of our 2025 mother plants. They have wonderful roots and look very healthy!! Our cross training work is really coming along. This is making sure the expertise is trained across the organization - enabling people to shift as necessary! The pre roll team is cranking as well! 

We received some incredible feedback in Michigan from a retail budtender...shared here in one of the pictures!

Jack got our drone fixed and shared some wonderful winter shots of our Michigan farm. Beautiful!

Mel Robbins does a FANTASTIC job in reminding us that we can make a decision on how we want to think, feel, and BE. And then...we start acting like the person who is already thinking, feeling, and BEING that way.

We are all working through a lot in life. So, this reminder from Mel is especially helpful in reminding us to not get stuck where we don't want to be, instead being deliberate with our decision on how we want to feel AND aligning our habits and behaviors to support it!
