Happy Valentine's Day!! (And Eagles Super Bowl celebration parade. ☺️)
I started sending these updates five years ago. I thought I would ease up to monthly or quarterly based on what I had to share. BUT, the team has had awesome updates each and every week for the last five years.
And, we are just getting warmed up.
Colorado experienced some significant snow...after recently getting up into the 70s. One of the things our team absolutely crushes is being able to plan, install, maintain, and fix things...internally. The Colorado team was an example in this respect as they did some plastic welding on our tractor's gas tank.
Well done!
New Jersey is out of control. The momentum is now unstoppable. You can see a series of pictures of the Block Building, Existing Barn, and outdoor pads where the Agricultural Buildings will be constructed. Who are the people in the pictures with me, Duane, Pam, and Colleen? That would be our CRC state inspector, Michael, and two of his trainees. We were permitted to have a pre-approval inspection walkthrough. The result...passed with flying colors! Michael loves what we are doing and all three said we are building differently and better than any of the other operations assigned to them.
New Jersey also got some snow this week. Check out the pictures!
And, let's head to where it all started.
Michigan.
The Michigan team gave some industry partner tours this week, pushed the pre roll operations forward, and proudly displayed some of the boxes we have FULL of product.
Both Colorado and Michigan have consistent sales orders coming in. Pretty much daily.
I was on an industry supplier meeting this week. We are getting between 40% and 150% more for our product than other outdoor farms.
Part of our momentum is due to what we produce...premium sun-grown flower sitting on a foundation of quality and consistency.
Some of the Michigan team got out for some well deserved ice fishing!
And our farm cat, Truffles, is getting more and more integrated with the team.
Our Friday message was SUCH A GOOD REMINDER. It has often been said that common sense is not always common practice. So...this message was perfect.

Each one of these items are absolute gold. Number five said that we will never get what we want until we are grateful for what we have. And, number twelve reminds us that life does not get easier, we just get stronger.
