Grasshopper Family,

It's DECEMBER 1st!!

Do you know the background behind our name? Names are important. It is the first thing that was given to each of us when we were born. It has meaning. It has strength. It has destiny. It has purpose.

The Grasshopper represents two things to us. One, we are always learning. Life is a journey of curiosity and exploration. Learning is something we have the opportunity to do each and every day. With Grasshopper Farms and this industry, learning is absolutely critical. Two, our core competency is a single season outdoor grow. We start over each season. We do not have the opportunity to revitalize vines or the such. So, the Grasshopper then represents hopping from season to season.

The Michigan team is doing a fantastic job in getting us closer to determining the final yield numbers of flower, pre roll material, and biomass. We should have those wrapped up in the next two weeks! And we are EXCITED!

What we do know is we crushed it and this has been our biggest year yet.

With regards to learning, Adam and Caroline are at the MJ Biz Con! This is the once a year largest cannabis convention, with TONS of opportunity to learn. They are collecting information and bringing it back to the team so we can make solid informed decisions on what we do next and how we do it.

Shawn sent over some holiday shots and Jack took some beautiful drone shots of the farm with a snowy blanket.

As December begins I reflected on how quickly this year flew by...and that we just wrapped up our third harvest in Michigan, first harvest in Colorado, first medical harvest in Minnesota, and just about to go operational in New Jersey.
