Progress Report: 1.21.22

Grasshopper Family,

This has been a BUSY week!

Part of the update this week is exactly what you would anticipate - quality control, quality control, and more quality control.

BUT, let me tell you why that is making a difference. Each one of our flower buds are touched approximately four times before being packaged. We are extremely selective in what we define as premium flower. Well, this week we started getting some feedback on our flower and it is GREAT!

You see, we have worked really hard to build an incredible farm. Mission accomplished. We have worked really hard at developing materials to communicate what we are doing. Check. We have an incredible team. Yup. But, this industry will eventually measure an organization on quality and consistency of the product. We passed with flying colors.

I spoke to one store manager this morning who shared how he evaluates all products that he chooses to put on the shelves in his store. He smokes it. He presses it. He blasts it. He is really good at identifying the terpenes without the lab report. He loved our flower on all levels.

The reviews are picking up. And the momentum will build.

As of this email, we have executed one sale of thirty pounds - delivered and paid. Check out the 7 Engines menu board online! Adam has been doing an amazing job at building relationships and getting provisioning centers ready to purchase. In fact, I believe we will have a few more by the next update.

So, in the meantime we will focus on what people are telling us we are crushing. Our packaging is a game changer. Our product cards are blowing people's minds. And now, the flower is making a really positive mark.

In other news, the farm is covered with a blanket of snow. Bret is ice fishing at a nearby lake. And Jason and Andrew are back from Florida. Paul is in the process of relocating his family next door to the farm. There are plenty of other updates happening too!

And the team continues to crush it.

Today is day nine of sales with samples and product. Day nine. And I am VERY proud of the interest Adam has generated.

We now have three buckets of work brewing: Sales, Growing, and Building.

On the sales side, we will continue to package our product and visit retailers across the state.

Growing....yes, growing...has started as well! We cut the clones from our mother plants that will become the mother plants for all of our outdoor clones. Yup, that happened!

Building is an exciting topic as well. We need to build another pump house and our third building. Kris has been working with Brad and Aaron to design our third building to give us more room to do what we do so well. More on that soon!

Going forward, I will ensure we update you all on sales each week. For now, it might not be big numbers. But, I can promise you that the momentum will build. This I am sure of.

And with that...have an incredible close to your week and weekend!
