"I feel fortunate to live in a country where we can have opposing opinions and express them freely. After serving over 20 years in the military, I have seen the places where this is not allowed. While we might not necessarily agree with his position, we fully support Cole's right to sign the letter and express his feelings on the topic. We are open to the sharing of all facts and opinions as that creates an environment allowing people to make up their own minds. As for me personally, I very much appreciate Joe Rogan and his ability to use his voice to bring controversial topics to the forefront of society and force conversations. This is not only important, it is absolutely critical. He has been doing this quite successfully for a long time, and as a listener I commend him.”
