Grasshopper Farms Investment Group: 2.1.22

Grasshopper Farms Investment Group,

Happy February 1st! It's hard to believe it...but here we are!

Going forward, I am going to add a monthly email to this group. I will use that email to communicate total sales activity for the previous month, total sales activity for the 2021 harvest, and various aspects of our budget.

At a glance, here are our total sales for December and January:

Total Biomass Pounds 6,431.50
Total Biomass Sales $1,332,436.00
Total Retail Pounds 58.00
Total Retail Sales $116,800.00
Total Pounds 6,489.50
Total Revenue $1,449,236.00

It's important to understand our 2022 budget as well. We are in the final stage of completing it. As you all know, I am a numbers guy and love everything we took from the last year and being able to apply it to this year. I am going to start with overall numbers of operations and additional infrastructure along with the month we are spending it in. We still have decisions to make regarding what we decide to move forward with the infrastructure category. Here is what we have so far:

Total Operations $3,392,950.28
Total Infrastructure $2,778,000.00

Operations Infrastructure
January $179,056.44 $0.00
February $241,141.44 $0.00
March $241,621.44 $0.00
April $426,621.44 $2,778,000.00
May $176,987.44 $0.00
June $176,987.44 $0.00
July $344,987.44 $0.00
August $345,657.44 $0.00
September $345,752.44 $0.00
October $410,002.44 $0.00
November $266,922.44 $0.00
December $242,612.44 $0.00

There are also a few near-term opportunities!

New Jersey - The initial licenses will be announced on February 22nd. While I do not believe we will get one of the initial licenses, we should prepare for it nonetheless.

Connecticut - We have a path to a grow license in CT that we are currently assessing. The period opens this week and our application will guarantee us one. We should have more on this potential opportunity later this week or next week. If we decide to move forward there, we will be raising $6MM in February.

We are having conversations in other states as well, but these are the two that are closest to a decision. The very interesting aspect to me is that we are starting to receive contact from people who are paying attention to what we have done in Michigan. We are becoming an example.

I hope this email finds you well.

As always, do not hesitate to reach out to me with any questions.
