Progress Report: 8.8.2025

Grasshopper Family,

Good Friday to each of you!

I want to start our update this week in asking each of you for your thoughts and prayers for a team member that was involved in a motorcycle accident and was transported via med-flight earlier this morning. Donnie (of our Colorado team) sustained some serious injuries. The medical team just declared that he will pull through, but it is going to be a very steep recovery period.

This started our day by reminding us of what is important. They say that we wish for all kinds of things when we are healthy, but only one thing when we are not healthy - and that is for health. It should not take poor health to remind any of us of where to place our energy. Full stop.

Our thoughts, prayers, support, and good energy goes out to Donnie and his family.

The good news is the Colorado team has been crushing it and their plants are doing all of the story telling. Check out these incredible pictures and the one with Mayza!

The New Jersey team is chomping at the bit - still waiting to receive our green light to proceed from the state! As a reminder, this is just an administrative step. All inspections and approvals have been finalized. We are in the queue. We just have to be patient. Meanwhile, they are out tending to community relations. Check out this picture of some of the team at a golf tournament fundraiser!

We have our first ounce bags in Michigan! These have been a long time coming. We have a very limited amount to test the market and see if we can start to take a more active role in managing our product and brand all the way to the consumer. This is a HUGE step and I am so proud of the team in getting this done!

Meanwhile, the plants outside look AMAZING. Over the years, we have shared how we prioritize taking care of people, property, and equipment. Here are a couple of pictures to show the big lift of removing weeds from our outdoor farm area! Complete with before and after pictures!

Michigan also grabbed a couple of shots of a frog and puppy Cute!

I hope this update finds you and those you care about in good health and aimed at the things that truly matter.

Have an incredible weekend.
