Grasshopper Family,

Our first Friday Independence Day weekly update!

Our team has the day off today as we commemorate this important day in the history of our United States of America. Independence Day is more than fireworks and festivities—it’s a moment to honor the vision, courage, and sacrifice that laid the foundation for the freedoms we enjoy today. It reminds us that liberty is not given, but earned through unity, perseverance, and principle.

As we celebrate with friends and family, may we also reflect on the responsibilities that come with that freedom—to lead with integrity, to serve others, and to continue building a nation worthy of the ideals it was founded upon. Let’s carry that spirit forward in everything we do—today and every day.

On to Colorado!

Donnie shared a picture of Mayza and Jane hanging out in 90 degree weather and loving all of the extra love all the employees are giving.

The Colorado fields are looking amazing and full! And the team found a Mexican fritillary, which is a North and South American butterfly in the family Nymphalidae.

Yeah...I had to look that one up!

New Jersey is still waiting on the edge of our seats to have our final administrative steps to come through. Remember, no more approvals...just administrative processing. It should be any day now!

Adam just CRUSHED more vendor days in Michigan. Look at these pictures! So much engagement.

Speaking of engagement, take a look at this picture and comment!

Jason found a praying mantis on site! These are VERY healthy for our plants because they take care of pests! More protection from our natural alliances!

On this Independence Day, may we all reflect not just on the freedom our nation was built upon—but on the personal independence we must claim from anything that holds us back from our true potential.

Here’s to becoming everything you were meant to be.

Happy Independence Day.
