Grasshopper Family,

I was fortunate to spend some time with the team this week!

Let's start with the brand! Transport showed up wearing Grasshopper Farms t-shirts! We are starting to see more and more of our brand. It is absolutely amazing to see how we have built a brand in the course of a couple years.

The indoor operations continue with flower and pre roll sales. Continued amazing feedback on both!

The indoor plants look INCREDIBLE! They have about six weeks remaining until they are harvested! I can not wait to see what comes of them this year! Everything about the indoor turn is leaps and bounds better. Shawn and Lukas even play music 24 hours for the plants. Mellow amazing music.

The outdoor plants are getting their fourth layer of trellis support. They are super vibrant. We had several industry visitors this week who told us our farm looks better than any farm they have seen in Michigan. Fantastic!

Check out the two pictures of Andrew. One is July 27th of last year and the second (in the green Willy t-shirt) is on July 27th this year. We are definitely on our way to a wonderful harvest.

Colorado is in the race! They are taking care of their plants and keeping up with Michigan. The amazing part of this formula is they are all talking and supporting each other. The model is working!

Olivia took a couple of amazing pictures this morning. One of a stormy rainbow!

Today is another very important milestone of Grasshopper Farms. Our first founding legacy member departure. Matt is leaving to move back to California with his wife to take on his next challenge. Matt initially moved into a fifth-wheel trailer when he moved to the farm and was joined a little later by Sarah. Both lived on the farm and helped to shape what we have built today. Matt as the first Director of Operations and Sarah as the first (her proud self-proclaimed title) unpaid intern.

This has been an incredible journey of which Matt and Sarah gave themselves to. We had an appreciation ceremony today, shared some stories, had some laughs, and shed some tears.

We will miss you both!

I hope you all have a wonderful close to your week!
