Progress Report: 6.23.23

Happy Friday!

The entire field is planted! That includes the new spots the team prepared!

Here is a breakdown of the plants. The total in the field is 6180; 5965 production and 215 R&D. The total indoor plants is 453.

The team is now continuing to install the support, which is largely trellis and bamboo stakes. They are also implementing our IPM (integrated pest management) with some updates that came from our local universities. This is one of the many reasons I love our team. We don't just settle with how it has always been done. We learn. Constantly. That is half of what the grasshopper symbolizes in our name.

Shawn and Lukas are full steam ahead with the indoor plants!

I wanted to include a picture of Adam in front of empty totes. Totes that were once full of material being processed. Totes that were once full of product that was packaged and ready to go. Adam has been crushing sales. We are fully committed with our flower, our pre-ground flower, and our biomass. And, we are pretty close on our pre rolls too.

Chris sent out some great shots of the plants in the ground in Colorado! They are taking to their spots quite nicely.

Pam, Duane, and I met with representatives of Stockton University and Rutgers University. We are working with them on a few studies they are doing! It is an awesome opportunity. We wrapped the meeting by visiting the outdoor cannabis Stockton University has planted. One of the pictures shows Rob, the chair of the cannabis program at Stockton University.

I am going to wrap up the update this week with a few pictures. One is of Yonder and Austin. We could not run this farm without the help of their migrant operation. The second is of Clint and Nathan planting the last two plants in the field. And the last is a beautiful shot Austin took.
