Grasshopper Family,
Whelp, this has been another incredible week.
Starting in Colorado...
Myza cooked up a Monday meal to honor the fathers! This is such a wonderful example of the family culture at Grasshopper Farms.
The plants have gone through their transition from inside to their 2025 homes!
We have some Colorado grasshoppers that found a beautiful flower, milk thistle! They were loving it so much that Qualic decided to do the same to see what all the hype was about. ;)
And Chris snagged us another beautiful shot of the Colorado horizon!
The Michigan team knocked out some work that is representative of one of our core competencies that has served and protected us through the ups and downs of business and this industry - a genuine interest in proactively improving and maintaining things. You will see a couple of pictures of what might look like some standard construction work. Yes and no. This was work that needed to be done in the future. So, the team went ahead and did it now, not waiting for deadlines. And did it VERY WELL.

This mindset has served us well across all states. It is more than a single state or team. This is part of the Grasshopper Farms family identity.
Check out some AWESOME unsolicited feedback we received on social media!
Paul shared another time lapse series. Growing and thriving!!
Jason was out and about and came back with everything that was needed to prepare and serve up an authentic seafood boil to the Michigan team! This is the culture of our family. And Jason's chef expertise!!
This week's update wraps up in New Jersey. WE GOT OUR FINAL LOCAL TOWNSHIP APPROVALS!. We are DONE with inspections. We are DONE with approvals. The rest is our decisions. We are SO EXCITED! The New Jersey journey took three years! Patience, persistence, and consistency got us here! (And will continue to serve us well as we keep writing the Grasshopper Farms story.) The picture is Colleen, Duane, Pam, and me was taken outside immediately after our approval at the Galloway Township meeting. We then went directly to Jo-Jo's where we got celebratory cheesesteak sandwiches.
