Grasshopper Family,
May 17th?!
Wow.
We are going to start and end the update this week with an incredible phenomenon that was seen by many, to include our farms! You may have heard there was some solar activity that created the "Northern Lights" to be more visible in more places than typically enjoyed. Well, today we start with candid pictures taken from the Colorado farm!
Outside of the beautiful skies, the team has all of the pots in place and has moved the 2024 plants outside to acclimate before being transplanted! Milestone!
The Michigan team has been cranking as well. The prepwork for the outdoor beds is almost complete! It has been A LOT of work! We replaced some of our outdoor pots for the first time. Milestone! Now that our plants are confirmed to be in good shape, it was time to dispose of some of the older plants. And the cycle continues.
The Michigan team also sent in some great panoramic shots. I think this is the most in a single update so far. Enjoy!
In one picture you will see Andrew testing a new pre roll crutch. This one is constructed out of beeswax and has wildflower seeds in it! So, you can and should dispose of this into the dirt to promote the growth of beautiful flowers!
A picture of Madison at MJ Unpacked just popped up again. The value of these conferences continues to grow. Introductions. Partnerships. And more.
Our friend, Patrick Shores, sent a picture of his new hat and limited supply Grasshopper Farms "concert" t-shirt! We love it when folks send in pictures in their GHF gear! He said his concert t-shirt is the exact material he was hoping for...soft and fits great!
The final pictures today are of the same sky shots we started with in Colorado...but these were taken from the Michigan farm. Stunning!
The daily message I shared with the team was one that I also shared on social media, something that rarely overlaps.
I had the opportunity to get to know Joe DeSena. And boy did he hand me some challenges that were designed to be hard to finish.
But, that’s the lesson, right?
Finish hard things.
Because life has a ton of hard things that we will face and have to make the decision.
The commitment.
Finish hard things.
The key is we don’t initially have to know how.
The first step is to simply commit.
Commit to finishing.
Finish hard things.
This commitment will transform your life.
We, at Grasshopper Farms, finish hard things!

I hope you have the opportunity to challenge yourself with and finish hard things.
Have an amazing Friday!
