Grasshopper Family,

What a week!

We are starting in New Jersey this week where Duane and Pam participated in the Stockton University Career Fair for the THIRD YEAR in a row. How is that possible and we still are not plant touching yet? Yeah, we feel the same.

What I love about this is that it truly demonstrates we are in this industry and operating in life for all the right reasons with all the right people. We are a family based company operating on a community involved foundation. We don't advertise our involvement. We simply do it because we believe in community involvement and engagement.

Also, we had a TON of interest.

The Colorado team is crushing sales and mother plants. In fact, they are just about ready to cut their next generation of plants! These are seriously exciting times for our Colorado team.

Our Michigan team is feeling the same! They are getting the farm ready to move outside. Yes, that work starts early. You can see how large the mother plants are AND we just popped some new strains that we are excited to take into our R&D bed this year!

Planning and execution while measuring before, during, and after. While this should not be the secret sauce, it is. It's not even a secret. But, there are so many who don't incorporate one or more of these essential elements. You have to do them all. Actively. With great intention.

Jack got in the pilot seat and took some great shots and Clint was able to get away to one of his happy places.

I was grateful to have a number of meetings this week with amazing people who asked how we are keeping up with things ranging from maintaining focus in Michigan, to expanding into new states, and building out the team. What I can share is this - with great attention, planning, and deliberate decisions. It's hard to share everything we do in a weekly email. Maybe impossible. But, we have a very detailed approach to our process in which we assess, plan, decide what to do, decide what not to do, and who owns each step.

Nothing is luck. This is hard work and amazing people doing it together. This is not random. These are deliberate decisions we make.

We are very blessed for all that we are doing. We are also very proud of the hard work and dedication that have given us access to this amazing opportunity.

And we are just getting warmed up.
