Grasshopper Family,

Happy Friday!

Yes, it is once again

Two investors found themselves at the same meeting in Texas and decided to take a chance and call me on FaceTime. It was AMAZING! We had a great conversation. They panned the camera around and told me how they were talking to other folks they were with about what we are doing. All smiles and laughs.

When we started this we had a pretty awesome business plan. The market changed and we had to pivot. We emerged on the other side in a very strong position. And we are only getting stronger in the Michigan market. It will take some time, but we will climb back to our goal. All assessments by third parties have yielded high scores. And we had three very aggressive assessments this week.

We are proud. I hope you are also proud...because you are a part of this incredible journey.

Our pre rolls are close to deploying in Michigan. One way or another, we are entering the market the week of April 3rd. And we are VERY excited. This is not a packed cone This does not have a twisted top. And it has GHF ground flower.

The team is also DONE with another element of our QC process! We are making excellent headway and are nearing the QC completion of all flower and pre roll material. Once complete, we will only have assembled pre rolls to QC as we make them.

Paul and Stepanie have two daughters. One (Shelby) has Spinal Muscular Atrophy (SMA). There was a very long period in which Shelby did not have a diagnosis. Being a parent, I can't even begin to imagine the feelings of having a child with an undiagnosed challenge...for years. But, with great fortune and blessings, Shelby was diagnosed with SMA. Now, please do not misunderstand me. This is an incredibly difficult diagnosis. But, it is much better than an unknown issue. They have been working with the medical community and now the SMA community to learn and be part of the solution. If you ever visit the farm, you might see Shelby and her sister driving around on an ATV. This is not easy for Shelby, but she is unstoppable and a fighter. And you will note her beautiful smile. The Mastej family is amazing and if you want to learn more about Shelby making bracelets to support SMA, please visit Stephanie's Facebook page or make a donation directly to SMA.

Our farm family is just that. We have built something amazing that (statistically) most fail at doing. We win together. We smile. We bicker. We laugh. We disagree. All of this is normal! To me, one of the things that speaks volumes is how many of the team meet at The Lodge (our break area on property) to hang out and share in some laughs after work. This past week the team went out to Taco Tuesday and sent me a picture. They then sent me a picture of all of the cars outside The Lodge on another day, which is a regular occurance.

These pictures, along with the sunrises and sunsets are amazing.

We had two new pictures this week! Aaron sent a couple pictures taken by farm friends from Port Huron that captured the Northern Lights just three and a half hours east of the farm!

I had so many one-on-one meetings with team members this week. It was incredible. Even more incredible were the enthusiastic follow-up calls and texts reflecting on what we accomplished.

I hope you have a wonderful close to your week and enjoy the first weekend of Spring!
