Grasshopper Family,

We made it into ChatGPT!

Huh?

Ok. A little background and context that Cole provided. Apparently ChatGPT does not do live informational pulls for a number of reasons and creating a database of "all information" isn't feasible yet. So, we have been around long enough to be in the candidate pool and had the right criteria to make the cut. You can ask ChatGPT who we are and it will tell you!

Sweet.

We are the first cannabis business in the world to receive a Cannabis Trust Score using an Asset, Structure, Character model! We have the cannabis equivalent of a Dun and Bradstreet D-U-N-S number! This is a huge milestone for a number of reasons. One, this connection was made at one of the conferences we attended, thus illustrating the importance of attending these industry trade shows and sharing our story. Two, the company developing this system was VERY selective in the initial candidates they hand picked and invited to participate. We were amongst those who received an invite and we are the very first score that was developed.

Incredible.

I had the pleasure and honor of spending some time with the Colorado team this week.

They are absolutely crushing it.

Upon arrival I noted how clean and organized everything was. First, the driveway and parking lot. That might sound silly. It isn't. They just had some crazy snow, freeze, and then melt. That meant the driveway and parking lot were riddled with ruts where the vehicles struggled to get in and out. They knew that if left unattended, those become as hard as concrete. So, the team made sure to do the work as soon as everything melted. That day. No delays.

But, this isn't a story about the driveway and parking lot. How we do one thing is how we do everything. They don't walk by a piece of trash without picking it up. They clean things. They fix things. They maintain things. And, as you walk the farm you see a beautiful facility and happy people working it.

Much like Michigan golf outings, the Colorado team embraces camaraderie as well. I was able to join the team for their 2pm Cuban coffee, made by our very own Mayza. She makes it. She lets everyone know it is ready. She hands out the little cups. And then the team enjoys it. Together.

And it was delicious.

The Colorado team also had another friendly visitor, a beautiful salamander. Devin found him and named him Solomon.

You may have seen a little Easter egg I left in the update last week. Well, it is time to bring it front and center. Bingo night at the Sugar Bowl, sponsored by Grasshopper Farms!

The team has been working on this one for a while and now they are live...every Wednesday night! There were so many GHF members there, it might as well have been an unofficial company meeting. Or, that camaraderie I mentioned earlier. It isn't a single state thing. It is a Grasshopper Farms thing.

People are discovering us. Goats too. We had some goats follow Jack home! LOL. We are very popular. ;)

I had some unsolicited feedback this week from multiple people in multiple states. People are excited about what we are doing and are feeling a sense of belonging and family. The work has been hard. And, it will continue to be hard. That is the work we signed up for. But, doing it together and supporting each other through the good times and challenging times is what makes the difference. We do it together.

We contemplated many aspects of personal growth and development this week. Today it was about taking time to rest and be at peace. It went something like this:

Life moves fast.

Really fast.

Everyone is SO BUSY!

Please.

Please take time to rest.

Be still.

And create space to listen to your thoughts.

Without any outside influence.

By you.

With you.

For you.

I hope you and those who are important to you are able to do the same. Make sure that you are able to give yourself grace and permission to get the rest and peace you need and deserve.

I appreciate you.

Best,

Will
