Progress Report: 2.28.25

Grasshopper Family,

The LAST DAY of February is upon us! We are wrapping up the first two rounds of 2025 and starting round three tomorrow!

So, let's see how each farm is wrapping up THEIR round!

Colorado's newest generation of mother plants are looking quite strong!

Remember the storage structure the Colorado team was installing? It's done! Check it out! Very well done and good job to the team. How we store and maintain our equipment is one of the pillars to our success.

As a cultivator, we inherently create three things: flower, pre roll material, and biomass. The biomass is sold to manufacturers, who extract things and then make different consumable products. Manufacturers get really excited when you have awesome biomass. And in our case, we do.

Chris reported on some sugar wax made from our post grind pre roll (material/waste). The customer said this yielded 17.5% and tested above 80% THC!!! They also mentioned these results with the current and previous biomass of ours they have processed is performing better than most indoor product they are processing!! Check out the picture Chris shared!

And check out this beautiful skyline shot in Colorado!

New Jersey may have an official farm dog, Elliot.

You can see where we were inspecting the interior of the existing barn this week. The demo is complete and we are pouring concrete next week!

Aaron and Ricky were in New Jersey this week, making final preparations for being fully operational. Exciting times ahead!

Check out the accessibility ramp! This was another requirement from the township. The inspector stopped by and gave us high marks on this ramp and other items he reviewed. We are ON TRACK!

Michigan has some awesome updates too!

We had an issue with a couple of our HVAC units not being able to maintain the room. The reason...the extremely cold temperatures outside. The solution, placing a tent over the condenser outside. The result...IT WORKED! This is another pillar of our success. We problem solve and innovate. And, we almost always innovate on a budget.

We have two ages of mother plants in Michigan. The older mother plants look great! The younger mother plants are plants that were created from plant cells after the cells were cleaned and treated for any genetic diseases or deformities. This, essentially, takes them back to a year zero status of that strain. They start out a little rough, but quickly bounce back into vibrance. This is our second round of mother plants from cells!

The next picture is of...our prepack station! We are about to test the market by loading and selling branded pre packs of Grasshopper Farms flower, in addition to the bulk flower that we sell and is dispensed in a deli style. This should increase some of our margins and profitability as well.

The next picture is awesome and aligns with the pillar mentioned above. The team needed an additional humidifier. Sure, we could buy one. But, instead of buying one, the team built one! I am so proud of this team for their ingenuity and dedication!

Bret shared a BEAUTIFUL skyline shot taken this morning!

Adam is representing at another retail vendor day! The customer facing work that Adam does has been critical to what we have accomplished in Michigan!

The last two pictures were something funny that came up when we were looking at our lab reports. One was an error that everyone saw when they viewed one report. Kris said it looked a lot like a Piet Mondrian painting. Cole agreed! I will let you determine which image is the error and which is the art. ;)

Have an incredible Friday and start to the month of March!

Oh yeah....the time change is coming up next weekend!! Yes. That is happening.

I appreciate each and every one of you.
