Grasshopper Family,

Good evening and happy first Friday of 2022!

This was a week of hard work and good decisions.

The team initiated the work it would take to assemble our primary retail detail aids. It was a huge lift! Check out one of the pictures with a window to a dark evening. They stayed late to get the work done. With smiles.

With all of the hard work came a review in great detail. We found something we were not happy with. The decision was if we should launch with the resources partially finished or not.

There was no decision for Grasshopper Farms.

We ordered the correction and waited to go to retailers with a complete solution. It's how we operate. We will not rush something like this. We are in the midst of developing a relationship with retailers and consumers. And it will be a relationship of an amazing team, incredible product, and consistency - all sitting on a foundation of solid integrity and values.

The good news is the correction has been made! It was completed TODAY! And, we are headed to retailers Monday! Yes. This is happening. Oh! Did you see the website lately? Maybe you need to check out the people and products. Both have been updated! I am also attaching our electronic sales resource - a PDF that has our strains, some information about them, and the QR codes to access the state approved Certificate of Analysis (COA) for each strain! This is a big deal because most companies do not give access to the COA because they thought it was too difficult or otherwise. Not us!

While the sales resources were being finalized, Building 1 was being prepared for the next set of clones and mother plants. Yes, it is already time to start doing that! We developed a schedule and have things planned through the plants being moved outside and trellised.

All of our effort last year has prepared us for an even better year in 2022!

There was a Waverly Township meeting yesterday. We always attend. There were people who attended to speak favorably of Grasshopper Farms. We did not ask for it. The only reason I am including this is because I believe this is the product of our commitment and culture. Do the right thing. Be kind to others. Have integrity in all that we do. These are commitments that build a slow story. They are not press releases. They are not announcements. They are not solicitations. These are some of the qualities we embrace and will contribute to our name. How we will be known. What people can count on from us.

Maybe you saw that much of the nation was covered with a blanket of snow this past week. Some were more like a thin low thread count sheet. Others had something akin to the makings of an igloo. Even for me, it was running in the snow, shoveling the drive, and two snow days for our daughters' school. Well, our farm and team had much to share as well.

The team worked through multiple scenarios of helping each other - some were stuck and got help from others to get out, others needed to be dismissed early to make sure they were able to drive home with some daylight...one thing that never failed was the teamwork.

The team continued to do quality control, inspecting each flower. The team is doing final packaging. The team is preparing Building 1 for our next clones for the 2022 season!

It truly was a blessed week at the farm.

Let's shift gears for a moment. Have you thought about what you want to do this year? Have you taken the time to really dive deep and develop a picture of what December of this year will look like for you? Have you gone deep enough, or just gathered some general thoughts in a general direction?

The reason I ask is because 2021 was one of the biggest years of my life. It was a reminder that no matter what the dream is...you can do it. But, it requires work. It requires detail. It requires team.

You can absolutely transform in a single year.

I am here if you want to talk.

Have a fantastic Friday and weekend!!
