We are wrapping up the first month of 2024! Hard to believe.

Colorado has two amazing things to share this week - mother plants and amazing flower! The team is still working through their harvest and we should be ready to start sales in February!

New Jersey continued to work on preparing for our next meeting, which will be on February 15th. From what I can see, we are going to be ready! A very exciting time, indeed! The New Jersey Cannabis Regulatory Commission just announced another set of approvals and rules, of which include consumption lounges attached to retail locations! That is a huge move for the market and industry. Well done, New Jersey!

Michigan is done with QC and is now working on packaging and infused pre rolls. It looks like we might have some chocolate covered strawberry flavored pre rolls in time for Valentine's Day! Either way, the infused pre rolls are coming along nicely and should be in the market in the coming weeks.

Outside of that, the Michigan mother plants are also coming along nicely. Shawn captured some awesome shots this week. Check out the one from his vehicle window that shows a sunrise glow on the snow capped trees. Awesome shot.

This week we did some work on what we focus on. We chose to be deliberate in what we do. We also chose to be deliberate in what we do NOT do. This has served us well. We have not found ourselves hamstrung with distractions and shiny objects. When it comes to focus, that also means that we are intentional with our mindset in how we approach things. We do NOT have all of the answers. BUT, we do have the focus and confidence of knowing we will figure it out. Many focus on the fear of something not working. That is not (and can not be) my mindset. I focus on what we have built with this amazing team and to keep supporting the team as we continue to build.

I hope that all of you are able to take a moment to reflect on your focus and how it is serving you. Are you focused on worry and fear? Or, are you focused on driving your goals and outcomes? It might not be easy, but it can be done. And, the more often it is done the more it becomes a part of your DNA.
