Grasshopper Family,

Happy Veteran's Day! This is a day of reflection for me. A time when I reach out to the brothers and sisters I served with. A time when I reach out to those I did not have the honor of serving with. Thank you for your service.

More milestones!

We wrapped up bucking this week! That means ALL of the flower has been removed from the branches it was dried on. Yes, that means we are done drying too! We now have trimming, QC, packaging and sales remaining for our retail flower. We have a pretty good rhythm for our biomass. The last piece is our pre-roll program...which is shaping up to be awesome! More on that soon!

This is the time of year when we move from the heavy lift of harvest to the heavy lift of winterizing. There is a lot of cleanup and storage that is necessary to take care of our farm. We take this very seriously. This is one of the reasons why everyone thinks our farm looks new. We take care of each other. And we take care of our equipment.

Our generator departed this week! We did not have to fire it up even once. But, you know how that goes. Have it on site and you won't need it. Don't have it...and you will need it. A lot. Now. We try to manage risk to the best of our ability.

We had more successful vendor days! Adam was joined over two different vendor days by Shawn, Lukas, and Andrew. It's always AWESOME when some of the farm team can join Adam with his sales activities.

Did you all see the moon this past week? It was incredible at the farm!

MJBizCon is next week. It is the largest trade show in our industry. We are ready to see if we can benefit from learning more. We have been in Michigan for two years. We are about to build another farm in New Jersey. The timing is perfect. We are going to attend to see if we can find some efficiencies that will benefit both locations.

Grasshopper Farms merchandise launched yesterday! We launched it softly on Instagram stories and then went with all social media channels last night. Check it out! We even have a holiday ornament!

I'll wrap up this update with a meeting I had today with Ky-Mani and Kelly Marley. They want to work with us. And they aren't coming at it with an expectation of being paid for a name. They want to collaborate with us. They want to partner. We are going to start talking about the opportunity and will update you in the future. For now, they are headed to Santa Barbara for Reggae on the Mountain.

I hope you all have a wonderful close to your week and you enjoy the weekend.

Thank YOU for being the awesome person YOU are!
