Grasshopper Family,

Our Colorado team enjoyed a VERY WELL DESERVED post harvest celebration! The team did an incredible job this year and we can't wait to see the product on the other side of the process. We are EXCITED!

The Michigan product is moving through the final harvest stages and it looks absolutely amazing. Check out these pictures! Adam has found the Michigan market to be quite hungry for 2023 Grasshopper Farms flower. We have done it. We have created a brand with loyalty and demand. And we did it in just a couple years.

We gave a few more tours this week. AND, we had one of our investors and his family stop by and get their hands dirty! You are all welcome to come out and not just tour, but get into the mix as well!

We had a marketing meeting and were blown away with some of the statistics. Like being featured in 37 articles in the last month. None of which were paid advertising, something we have yet to do. Honored and grateful.

I have met a lot of people in Michigan. Exchanged a lot of numbers. I got a text from someone I met in Trader Joe's. He shared: "Good morning Will! Hope you have been well sir! Just picked up some of your guys Hellcat pre rolls from lake effect and all I gotta say is awesome work on that flower. Just love the quality, flavor and experience, of those sun grown terpenes. So glad to see guys getting some of your stuff into the Portage area! Hope you have had some time to chill now that harvest season is winding down! Just Couldn’t get over how cheesy that hellcat smelled; reminded me of a British Columbia cheese my buddy got back in the day!"

We work with a lot of facilities. One shared some kind words with us the other day: “I really like that we deal with two people. If we need more product, we contact Adam. If we have a payment related question, we go to you [Kayla]. Other cultivators either have a high turnover rate or there are too many people involved in the transaction so our point of contact becomes confusing.”

Offering a solid product on a platform of quality and consistency is part of the formula. Backing it with a strong team executing seamlessly operationally and administratively is also part of the formula.

Are you ready for one of our superpowers at Grasshopper Farms? We take care of our people, our property, and our equipment. Right now, the entire field is being cleaned out. All of the irrigation has been winterized. Inside, every surface of the buildings and equipment are being deep cleaned. We had another supplier stop by and tour our facility and he said hands down that we had the cleanest outdoor farm that he has ever seen.

So often we see people, organizations, teams, companies, and the like who are able to execute in one aspect of their life, but do so at the expense of another part of their life. We have to be consistent in all aspects of our life and/or organization. And if that is too daunting to consider, start with one area and move to the next when you have that one fired up. AND, get help!

Life is a team sport and there are so many people ready and willing to help.

You just have to ask for it.
