Grasshopper Family,

Happy Friday!

Harvest. Harvest. Harvest.

The Michigan and Colorado teams are absolutely crushing it.

Harvest is hard. Just ask anyone who harvests anything. Especially at scale. Especially with a labor intensive product. These are incredibly long hours. It isn't just seven day weeks...this is a 35 day evolution. You have to plan for that. You have to take care of yourself. You have to take care of others.

While there are natural moments of feeling tired or frustrated, the team continues to rally and get this job done. And we are less than two weeks from wrapping up!

I am beyond honored. I am beyond grateful. I am beyond proud.

Outdoor sales have begun! We had our first biomass and flower sales in Michigan head out this week! It's hard to fathom how we can get product ready for sale in the middle of harvest, but the team did. And did it well.

Check out the amazing shots of the harvest process, Adam doing another vendor day, and some drone and skyline shots from Jack and Andrew.

Incredible.

I want to leave you all with this.

There is a lot going on in the world.

In moments of frustration, we can easily focus on the moment or event that caused the frustration. Totally normal. What we must not do is allow that frustration to overshadow the successes we have achieved. We still need to deal with the frustration. Learn from it. Do our best to not repeat it. BUT, do not let it cause you to lose sight of all of the hard work and things that went right. We get what we focus on.

Our team has been absolutely beyond crushing it. ESPECIALLY when you compare to last year or the year before. This does not mean there have not been moments of frustration and personalities colliding. It wouldn't be normal if that did not happen during a 35 day evolution. People get tired and we all express it in different ways. But, our team has way more to celebrate than not. We get what we focus on.

And you do too. Please be kind to yourself and others. Memorialize the good moments. Resolve, learn from, and leave behind the frustrations.

Have an amazing close to your Friday and weekend!
