Grasshopper Family,

Harvest is upon us!

Check out Plant 1! She has been harvested for retail flower and the rest will make for wonderful extracted products. We are grateful for you and your sisters!

Last year we went through the process of building the farm and doing a lot of things for the first time at this property. I make the distinction of "this property" because we have some expertise on this team that has been doing this for over 14 years. There is always opportunity in doing the same or similar process at a new location.

Allow me to give you a couple of examples.

Last year we had a very hard time filling a single dry room in a single day. And, when we did fill a single dry room in one day it required two teams hanging - one from the back and one from the middle. Yesterday, we filled a single dry room in one day with one team. And, we got it done in twelve hours. Including lunch and breaks.

Last year we were never able to take down an entire dry room, buck the flower from the branches, and trim flower in one day. And we definitely did not finish quality control in that single day either. In fact, it took us close to nine months to do all of those processes. Yesterday we took down an entire dry room, got it entirely bucked, trimmed, and even did quality control in about fifteen hours. Ready for testing and sale. Boom!

And we did did both of these things (filled an entire dry room and emptied an entire dry room) at the same time on the same day.

So, in the same way that it took us four weeks to transplant 5,000 plants last year and it took us five days to transplant 5,000 plants this year...our learning, our evolving, and our efficiency is absolutely soaring.

It's hard to convey the vibe of the farm. It's hard to convey the scale of the farm. I do my best, but the fact is that 100% of our visitors are very clear that emails, pictures, and videos can't tell the story. I mean, they are great to show and tell...but the scale simply can not be realized without being on property.

The vibe and temperament of the team is incredible. Smiles.

In fact, 100% of the visitors this week (and all visitors, for that matter) always point out how motivated and positive the team is at the farm.

Our people are indeed our proprietary superpower.

Allow me to share another differentiating factor between Grasshopper Farms and other outdoor farms...Aaron. We started harvest. We crushed it. But farming is not just a series of motions. Farming is paying attention to Mother Nature and our plants. Today is a beautiful sunny day. The next few days will be as well. Aaron halted our harvest and is giving the plants a few more days of well deserved sunshine. That decision could easily yield another 200-500 pounds. Meanwhile, all of the other farms are cutting down. Heads down. Full steam ahead.

Aaron does not have tunnel vision. I do not have tunnel vision. The team does not have tunnel vision. We make data based decisions.

The farm continues to be a plethora of amazing sunrises and sunsets. The Mastej family delivered local fresh donuts and apple cider. Clint's girlfriend stopped by with Thai food. Brad's wife came by to see the progress. Von's finance introduced a new puppy to the team. And so much more. Mike DeMos visited the farm to assess what the C-360 team can do to keep our brand awareness climbing.

This is truly a wonderful healthy family affair.

We had another tree frog visit. All visitors are encouraged and welcome!

I want to wrap up this update with the blessing of a rainbow.

These harvest weeks are incredibly tough, by all measures. And yet, the team is stepping up and absolutely crushing it!

I am grateful for our team. I am grateful for you.

Look out, New Jersey...this is coming your way! And, there is no stopping us. As if you would want to stop us! We are going to continue to be the example in Michigan and do the same in New Jersey.

Thank you for your continued support and enthusiasm!
