Harvest is coming!

For TWO states!

Our first pictures are of the lovely team and plants in Colorado. We have had an excellent grow season and are ready to start harvest very soon.

We had a tabletop exercise in Michigan with the entire team in which we walked through each step of the workflow. Everyone had a printed harvest SOP in front of them. The outcome...this team is ready.

AND....this meeting was with our Colorado team as well.

The plan is working.

Our team visited a nearby partner who is focused on genetic services. Their operation continues to impress and we are grateful to be working with them.

The Michigan farm is doing some minor tweaking and preparing for harvest. Fine tuning is a big part of dialing in any operation. We then see some pictures taken at night with the green headlights in use. These ensure we have visibility without throwing off the plant's growth cycle, which white light would do. And check out the amazing fall colors of the leaves. They are SO close to being ready.

Someone from our open house was so impressed that she set up another tour and brought a friend. They were SO excited to tour the farm again. Check out the picture of them having a great time!

Jack is crushing the drone game with some additional shots.

Adam is the business development road warrior. He is quite literally all over the state. He sent in a great shot of a temporary office from where he worked. Awesome.

This is VERY hard work. We do what we can to enjoy everything we are doing. So, finding the moments is incredibly valuable and important.
