Another Open House is upon us! Tomorrow! The Fourth Annual Open House!

Truly amazing.

We take our role in this emerging industry very seriously. We believe that education, transparency, and inclusion are not just important, they are moral imperatives. And we are very excited to open our doors once again to show people what we are. And maybe more importantly, show people what we are not.

I want to also share some vulnerability with you all. This is a HARD industry. The typical business practices and instruments that every other industry uses (and expects!) are pretty much non-existent. We have volatility unlike most have heard of, and some even find it hard to believe. There are operators all around us that are experiencing catastrophic issues and going out of business.

While we are in the middle of it, the team is performing strong. They are meeting each challenge and navigating through in an admirable way.

It's the people that forge a way to success. Period. And, while we are in the midst of stormy seas, we remain confident with our crew and our ship.

Our people will see us through.

With that, we start our photo-tour in Colorado where we see incredible outdoor shots of the plants, farm, and skies. The plants are incredible. Do you remember the fun fact about our music in Colorado? These lovely plants listen to music each and every day. And they love it.

Michigan had another couple HUGE orders and our team got it expertly handled. Check out one of our dry rooms....ready for business! We are close to our indoor harvest and our R&D auto-flower harvest. Running through harvest with our smaller indoor crop is the perfect way to get us ready for the larger evolution.

Adam has been doing some amazing work with business development and recently attended the Flower Expo to ensure we are maximizing opportunities to work with good operators in Michigan. This is a job that never ends. It never goes on cruise control.

Around the Michigan farm we see how big the plants are. Check out the water bottle next two the stalk to show just how big it is! We had a beautiful butterfly as well!

Circling back to the start of this email...the team is where the magic and execution is. The camaraderie of this team has been evident since day one. You have seen pictures of all sorts of events like conferences, golfing, and even beach soccer. Well, add a well deserved fishing trip to that list. Their own time. Their own boats.

The indoor vs. outdoor blind test took place today! This was performed at a nearby residence by a great panel of judges. Same exact genetics. One twin went inside and one went outside. Taken care of by the same team at the same location. We will be sharing the results next week!
