Progress for the 2024 vintage.

The Michigan and Colorado teams are both reporting the same thing...best year yet.

"Dialing in" is a term often heard in our industry. Especially in cultivation. No matter how much experience the cultivation team has, a new location takes time to get dialed in. Each turn provides opportunity to refine and optimize. It is not change for the sake of change. It is enhancement for the sake of learning, growth, and development.

You can see from the first three pictures that the Colorado plants look incredible. Big and lush. Way ahead of where we were last year. Fantastic progress!

The Michigan team has some incredible shots of our indoor and outdoor plants. And they all look great! The indoor plants are in their flower phase now. The outdoor plants are big...but just getting warmed up!

Building Three is coming along! The team is VERY happy with the progress and VERY excited to have this much needed space for existing and future operations. This is an exciting milestone!

We just had our FINAL compliance test of our 2023 supply! Yes. You read that right. It is July 12th and we just completed testing. We sometimes get the question asking what we do when harvest is over. We are busy all year long. And testing wrapping up eight months after harvest is another example of that. We had a total of 788 compliance tests over 89 lab pickups!

Jason found a nest of baby rabbits in one of our pots! So cute. Apparently, we have a wonderful and inviting farm. We'll take it.

We are wrapping up the pictures this week with a wonderful picture of Adam getting some much needed and very well deserved time off. And yet, he was almost more busy with sales during his time off. He said it happens every time he takes time off. It happens to my friend Dan too. There might be something to explore regarding the correlation between time off and productivity. ;)
