Progress Report: 5.23.25
Grasshopper Family,
Happy Friday and here we are with another exciting week of updates from the team!
Colorado had some upgrades performed to their security system as part of their expansion. The work went VERY well and is now complete! Next stop....approval and planting the new expanded footprint!
Colorado is also getting some equipment ready for the harvest this year. Yes, we start EARLY with planning and preparation when it comes to the heaviest lift of the year!
Speaking of their harvest, check out the team taking very good care of their 2025 plants! Beautiful!
Michigan had some CRAZY storms pass through. Not our first time. Not our first rodeo. And, not our first repairs. In this case, the west fenceline needed to be reset. The plan was created and the team got to work. And now...the western front could only be more secure with a moat and drawbridge. Maybe some alligators too.
Meanwhile, Clint is proudly taking great care of Mary with Shawn and Lukas. We are so excited to follow her journey! Be sure to follow all of the updates on any of our social media channels!

Jack is out of the office and shared a picture of a Florida grasshopper with us! Good looking out, Jack!
New Jersey is READY FOR INSPECTIONS! The fence was completed yesterday. The security cage is done. Caroline submitted the final packages to the state and township. We are now confirming the final inspections and should have them completed in the next two weeks!
Memorial Day weekend is upon us...
Memorial Day began in the aftermath of the Civil War as a sacred tradition to honor the brave souls who laid down their lives in service to our nation. It is a day of remembrance—not relaxation—a time to reflect on the immense cost of freedom. Each flag, each grave, each moment of silence is a testament to courage, sacrifice, and love of country. Originally called Decoration Day, the remembrance evolved through several names until landing on Memorial Day after World War I to commemorate American military personnel who died in all wars. Let us not reduce this solemn day to a weekend getaway, but rise in gratitude for those who gave everything so we could live free - TOGETHER.
I am grateful for all that we have...especially our ability to feely make decisions.
Be well during this incredible holiday weekend.
