Grasshopper Family,

I was lucky to be at the Michigan farm this week!

Upon arrival, I was immediately hit with just how incredible everything looked and was flowing from an operational sense. It's hard to explain the difference between the pictures and videos and what you will see and feel when you are at the farm. But, the reality is this...every single person (100%) has told us the same thing. Experiencing the farm in person is not even close to what is represented in emails, pictures, and videos.

Not even close.

And we had a lot of assessments this week. We had one of the most experienced individuals in the world of finance walk the farm. We had a US market industry vendor tour the farm. We had five more who have seen (literally) hundreds of farms take a tour. All gave us the highest marks, commenting on specifics on the farm and the team.

You might get tired of me saying it. You might get numb from me stating it. But, it does not make it less true or valuable. We have built an incredible farm which is being run by a first-class team.

Period.

While we had to battle against the market crash from the recall of November 17, 2021, we still came out on the other side as one of the businesses to bet on.

The new generation of outdoor plants look AMAZING. They are outgrowing their current room and are starting to move into the other rooms. We have had a 99% root success rate! I am not sure how to communicate this. 99% is NOT normal. It is usually WAY less. Most operations cut more because they know it will be less.

Not us.

In fact, this got the team working on how to produce more on our existing footprint. Well, they did it. An idea that Jason came up with and then others supported is going to increase out plant count by 1,000 plants! The team is doing EVERYTHING they can to produce more to serve employees and investors alike! They are very passionate to show the Michigan investors that we are headed in the right direction.

I am so proud of our Michigan team.

So, you will see some pictures of our team setting up more pots, t-posts, and wire. Yup. This is happening.

New Jersey had more supplies delivered! This is the last of the bulk supplies. Yay!

The sunrises, sunsets and everything in between is amazing at the farm. I took a walk every morning and evening. Alone. And I was so gracious for everything.

Everything.

Gun safety and control hit home this week. One of our team members just lost a family member to a shooting...last night. Tragic. Unwarranted. Senseless.

We are here to support our family member. No matter what.

Please take time to hug and love your family and friends. Please know that we are thankful for each of you who are reading this. Please know that you matter.

Celebrate those you love.

Today.

Don't waste one single second.

My most sincere gratitude to each of you.
