Progress Report: 4.19.24

Grasshopper Family,

As we rapidly approach the only pallandrom 4/20 event TODAY, we also had a very productive week!

And I had to wait until 4/20 to send this update!

We just released two new shirts! One is a very unique camo print and the other is a limited release harvest strain t-shirt. We have a discount code of GRASSHOPPER420 if you are interested in either or anything else.

The Colorado team sent some fantastic pictures of the mother plants and new clones. They are also still crushing the pre-work for the outdoor area.

The Michigan team has been cranking on the infused pre rolls and getting the farm ready to head outside in about six weeks. A lot of work, indeed. We also had a few more inspections and passed them all with flying colors. That is not the norm for operators. AND, the site work is coming along nicely!

New Jersey got a little more work done to keep the effort moving forward. I was just waiting on a few more details before sending out a New Jersey specific update. It is coming. But, in the meantime, we are VERY excited as that draws closer!

Adam, Kayla, Madison, and I had the opportunity to attend the Benzinga Capital Conference. Once again, we got a booth with no intent of buying or selling anything. We show up and tell our story...the story of premium outdoor farming. We have learned that this is of high interest and keeps us busy the entire time. I was also asked to speak on a panel and had a great time doing so. It was an honor. We will be posting video clips from that event. The first one went up today! I attached it to this update.

I had the chance to meet with some pretty established companies and leaders. We reviewed our story, performance, and numbers. We were given high marks from all audiences. The CEO of GrowGeneration pitched me for quite a while (at the conference and at the airport) on how we could work together. His entire team came to our booth to learn more and they believe in what we are doing and how we are doing it. And these are long-time legacy folks who do not share praise easily.

Ric Flair was in attendance...so I included a quick candid of him. The Cheech and Chong team also had some interesting proposals for me when I was talking to their CEO.

It was a great week.

And it ain't over yet.

Adam and a lot of the team are heading to multiple retail locations to participate in the 4/20/24 events around the state, bringing vendor energy to each location.

Today we contemplated alignment.

Alignment.

To me…

Alignment does not mean we are on the same page or in the same space.

Alignment means we are pointed in the same direction.

This gives us the opportunity to support and receive support.

With all of the awesome people around us.
