Progress Report: 4.11.25
Grasshopper Family,
This industry is so interesting.
Twists. Turns. And a whole lot of "does not make sense" around every corner. And yet, this is a phenomenal time to be in this industry if you can embrace...
Planning. Flexibility. Core Competencies. Identity. Gratitude. And most of all...
Honoring people.
When we started the Colorado venture we were able to launch with ~2,400 plants. The way the state works is they issue you a plant count and then you have to use it. And using it means you grow, produce, and sell. All of it. If you don't do all of those three parts, they will reduce your plant count.
Our plant count in Colorado is 6,000 plants. So, Chris and team are going to leverage that this year to ensure we don't lose that count! Check out some of the work they are doing to prepare for the additional plants!
The mother plants inside are ready to create the Colorado class of 2025!
New Jersey is getting their fence! New Jersey has insulation! New Jersey has the latest inspection approvals. New Jersey has lights on the way. The metal walls and ceilings will be completed in the final building of Phase One by the end of next week!
I will be with Duane and Pam next week and can't wait to see the progress in-person!
Michigan is proudly sharing some empty wire racks....because the clones are out of the domes!
Clint shared that we're testing out New LED lighting in our mother/clone room!! Free samples, courtesy of Gavita and Phantom lighting. The newest crop of clones are showing roots in just nine days! "Fantastic results" by Lukas and Shawn, who continue to knock this phase out of the park.
Ricky and Andrew proudly wore t-shirts from Twisted Bee. Great shot!

Adam set up a nice picture of some of our products as he drives around the state. Check out the Blue Water Bridge and Thomas Edison! What a fitting picture of the connection between the US and Canada. Thank you, Adam, for reminding us that we must all work together in this crazy life we are all navigating.
We have been invited to present information to the Michigan State Police! Brad received a text from a Supervising Lieutenant of the Michigan State Police, who got Brad's number from the Director of the Michigan Cannabis Regulatory Commission. He asked if Brad would like to be a guest speaker for their marijuana and tobacco investigations conference!
We have made a good name for ourselves.
Donuts in The Lodge!
The magic of these four simple words is that they are happening in Michigan and Colorado. No guidance. No ask. Two states acting as one. Organically. Friday donuts is a thing.
We wrap up our pictures with some feedback from retail employees.
We have made a good name for ourselves.
It takes time, but we keep showing up with quality and consistency built upon a foundation of people first.
