Good morning and happy Friday!

Are you ready? I am not sure if you heard...we have holidays and the new year for the next two weeks!

Well, the snow finally made the rounds to the last property that had not seen snow - New Jersey!

The New Jersey team shared some wonderful pictures of a gentle blanket of snow. So pretty. The beauty isn't just outside...check out these pictures of the plants inside! They are just a couple of weeks from being harvested. Our FIRST New Jersey harvest!

I think most of you know that Ricky is staying in New Jersey. He is working with the team, sharing knowledge and best practices. His family is coming to visit and he just got his tree and decorations set up for his FIRST Christmas outside of Michigan! Check out the picture of his tree! I'm not sure who is more excited - Ricky or Pam.

Can't it be both?!

Yup. It can.

Meanwhile, in Michigan, Bret continued to work on the pre roll machine, dialing in the new improvements. Adam and Paul also attended a holiday party with one of our retail partners. We are so grateful for these relationships!

Colorado shared two themes this week. One, a continuation of GORGEOUS skyline shots! Their meditative sunrises and sunsets keep the team motivated and focused and the pictures they share help the rest of us do the same!

The team is sharing Elf on the Shelf and Snoop on the Stoop pictures. Maybe you saw them on Instagram or Facebook. We have been sharing more and more on social media! Including giveaways!

Our last picture is of our sweet Truffle...and a sign helping Truffle to relax. So sweet.

This was a big week in the world of cannabis. Maybe you saw the news that President Trump signed an executive order directing the attorney general to reclassify cannabis from Schedule I to Schedule III. This is a big step, but can be easily misunderstood for what it is and what it is not. I wrote an article with my thoughts...which you can read here.
