Grasshopper Family,
FIRST DAY OF SPRNG!
We shared the following to the team:
Today is the first day of Spring, and we are READY.
Our New Jersey team just pulled our SECOND harvest of the season. Michigan is firing on all cylinders. Colorado is locked in and thriving.
Spring is about new growth, new energy, and new possibility. That is exactly what we are building, one harvest at a time.
The ground is warming. The momentum is real.
The best is still ahead.
Let’s go get it.
So, let's start in Colorado! In addition to healthy mother plants and a great team, tractor maintenance and a fire in the hills happened as well! All the while a heavy lift of pre roll operations kept moving forward inside.
Then, on to New Jersey! As you read above, they just pulled down their second harvest!
Epic.
Colleen CRUSHED St. Paddy's day! (Please see the picture below.) Inside, the plants (and flower) in one of our rooms were ready and we harvested it yesterday. BUT, not before there were donuts in the breakroom!
Culture.
We take odor measurements in New Jersey. Colleen and Bryna just did a red carpet "who wore it better" session.
More culture. ;)
Michigan is really trying to emerge from the snow. Really! They are! As they battle the crazy weather, we had several St. Paddy's Day vendor days and they all went well!
Meanwhile, the team continued flower QC and pre rolls ops inside.
One of our Michigan team members was in a serious vehicle accident. Ivan is in the hospital and the outlook was initally not great. But, the wonderful hospital team was able to stabilize him. He had two surgeries and has a long road of healng ahead of him....but recovery is indeed his prognosis.
Please join us in keeping Ivan and his family in our prayers.
Faith.
